I have had my hot tub from Life Spas for about 6 months. Delivery was very professional and with a lot of care. They call about once every 3 months to check to see if everything is fine. I love my hot tub, and glad I got the nicer one, it has 15 years guarantee and from where I sit bubbling away no worries.

LS7000 Hot Tub is a Dream Come True

Having owned an inground hot tub for 15 years, we were ready for the lower maintenance and ease of a portable tub and Life Spas had the answer. We went in thinking the economy tub was for us but with lots of info and great advise settled on the LS7000 Lounge model and it is great!! It was the final touch to our overall backyard redecorating (we have been in our home 30 years). Bill and staff have been very helpful with any followup questions we have had since purchase. The quality of this tub is sensational and optional positions available for seating and lounging offer a series of people the ultimate in water relaxation. our maintenance costs have been fairly minimal. Again, as hot tubbers for the last 20 to 25 years, I couldn't give a higher rating to Life Spas for quality and service. We have suddenly found friends we haven't seen in a while inviting us over I think in hopes of a return visit to take advantage of our tub!!!

High Quality Spa - Low Maintenance

We purchased a larger LifeSpa and could not be happier with the quality and ease of maintenance. The digital settings are easy to do and the bromine system we elected to purchase was well worth the extra cost. Chemical usage after the initial doses has been minimal and, after 5 months use, the water continues to test within the necessary ranges without adding any chemicals. The water is crystal clear and we just recently adjusted the temperation up to accommodate the cooler evenings. Our spa is on our back patio and the insulated cover maintains the temperature well. If you are in the market for a quality spa, we highly recommend you visit LifeSpas of Texas and listen to the low-key presentation that basically answers a lot of questions about spas and gives you an up-close and personal view of the quality spas and internal equipment that these LifeSpa offers. We love ours!!!

LifeSpas of Texas is an excellent place to buy your hot tub! We were impressed by the quality of information during the sales pitch and felt it was worth our time, just to understand the construction, mechanical, and design options available in the market. We decided to purchase with LifeSpas and the price was definitely the best deal for our money. Delivery was without a hitch, and the online communication with Bill, CEO of LifeSpas of Texas, has proven to be extremely helpful. We did have a problem with our heater, which was completely covered by the warranty, and again, a quick email communication and Bill got right on it. We had a service tech come out and switched the heater, checked everything, and we were thrilled with the results, at absolutely no cost to us. I'm a first time reviewer---usually don't bother--but I am impressed with value when I see it this clearly! :) Margaret

Learn all you need to know about spas

If you have never purchased a spa and don't know much about them, a visit to LifeSpas is where you need to start your search. When Bill, the owner, told me he needed two hours to tell me about his spa I thought I would be out of there in 30 minutes. Three hours later I was an expert on spas and a proud owner of a new spa. There are a lot of spa retailers around town, but few are going to have the knowledge of the folks at LifeSpas. Their follow-up service has been remarkable. When I had a problem with the water quality they came out to my house, 20 miles out of town, and helped me adjust the chemical composition to clear up the problem. When I had a water jet go out, they simply gave me a new one without questions. When I go in to purchase the tablets for my spa it is always an enjoyable visit with the good folks that work there. Do not buy a spa without stopping at LifeSpas first.

LifeSpas of Texas is the place to go for your spa purchase. Why? Best prices and excellent service. I have had my spa for one year and just had my first service issue. I made one call and their service tech showed up the same day. He diagnosed the problem, order the part he needed, and came back a few days later and I was good to go. It is great to know that just because I saved thousands of dollars on my purchase, I did not have to sacrifice great customer service.

A Spa For A Better Life

We had been breathing life into our old spa for many years, when we received a circular in the mail about LifeSpas of Texas. We made an appointment to learn more about spas and discovered a whole new world of information about the pros on cons of choosing a spa. I did something completely out of character; I bought my spa that very day. I had never learned so much about how to decide and the variety of choices that you need to make when picking the right spa. Our salesman was great and very informative and provided a variety of information about the history and options of spas. We had a very unique situation as far as our needs for installing the spa and LifeSpas worked with us on every detail. We wanted to install our spa in the same spot we had removed our old spa from and needed help on the best approach to accomplish the task. Our installers were very patient and insured that all our needs were met. Their pre-planning helped to make our delivery experience a pleasant one.

We have had our spa for about four months and love it. We chose the LS7000 because of the tub size and the placement and number of jets. We also felt that the quality of the LS Spas was such that it would last through the use of all our kids and grandkids. Our Spa has enhanced our life by providing a spa that is always ready when we are, gives great massages with a push of a button, looks fantastic on our patio, has a light that provides a romantic glow, is no problem to maintain, has a cover that keeps the heat in, and has all the latest and greatest equipment. We are a retired couple living on a half acre lot on the lake, which requires continuous and strenuous maintenance. The good part is we enjoy working on our daily projects, but were needing a way to ease some of our tiredness. Our spa has given us a better life by providing a place to rejuvenate our tired bodies, relaxing in soothing water and enjoying quality time together.

For years we have always wanted a hot tub to enjoy and after months of really looking hard, we still didn't think it would happen. After cold calling Bill to contact just one more dealer thinking I could get a price we wanted, we were amazed at the extras we were getting for thousands less than other high rated spa dealers. Bill came to my house by the way in Bastrop since he did not have a show room, which was very convenient for a busy family. We love it and we don't think twice about this purchase!

Pros: Jets to work every muscle in the body
Cons: Production time

Great Value and Support

I have owned my LifeSpas LS8000 spa for a couple of months now. It is comfortable, roomy, quiet, and powerful. The two main things I enjoy about it is that each seat works to message a specific area of the body and you have the added benefit of being able to redirect the jet power proportionally from one side of the spa to the other. When you want a lot of messaging power, you can get it by directing the power accordingly. The LED lights are also nice for just setting on color cycle while viewing from a distance in the evenings on the patio. It's bright enough to cast a glow on a tree canopy or whatever you may have above the spa. The spa had a small leak in the plumbing which I noticed after a few weeks (the water level would slowly decrease). Bill, the owner, was quick to have a service technician onsite for repairs. I recommend shopping around Austin in order to get an idea of what you are looking for and what the price range is, then give LifeSpas a ring and setup an appointment... I bet you'll be surprised and end up going with them like I did. Happy soaking!

We had an Aquatic Industries spa for 11 years and really enjoyed it although we were tired of having to re-stain and repair the wood cabinet. The cabinet was not covered at the top by the thin blue marble plastic tub and was rotting. We wanted to sell it before it fell apart and was still in working condition. We looked at the spas in the Austin area and the retail prices were as high as buying a new vehicle. We debated on purchasing a used or refurbished spa that we could afford, but wanted a new spa. So we searched on the internet to find a
better deal and came across LifeSpas.

We were amazed to find that we could afford a new spa in our price range. We contacted Bill Meyer and were very impressed with his presentation and knowledge of spas. We chose a 7 ' spa and then decided the next day that we wanted to upgrade to the larger 8' LS8OOO spa with more jets and LED light. It was also great that I was able to have exempt status and be reimbursed for sales tax because of my back injuries. It was only a few weeks before the spa was delivered in our back yard. This gave us time to sell our old spa, remove the old spa platform and extend our patio slab to make room for the larger spa.

Our 7 year old son Alex and 3 year old daughter Ashley counted down the days we would receive our spa and now enjoy swimming in it everyday. We love the thermal white tub that hangs over the cabinet, reflects the beautiful colors of the LED light and keeps the water temperature warm between uses. The spa has great features and many more than our last spa. The lounge is nice to have with the calve and foot jets that our other spa didn't have and I can also use the calve jets to relieve my sciatic pain in my thighs which I was unable to do in my old spa. The skimmer filtering system keeps the water cleaner longer and filter replacement is easier than our old spa. Our favorite powerful jets that our other spa did not have are the round middle one with holes in it that spin and great for lower back pain.

Working with Bill and April has been a pleasurable experience. They're very professional and give wonderful care and prompt response to their customer's needs. They also provide a great product that you'll be satisfied with. Thanks to Bill, April and Mike for providing us with great service and the spa of our dreams!

Don't Go Anywhere Else!

I shopped at least seven major spa companies before purchasing a LifeSpas Spa. The spa I bought had a better seating layout, was much roomier, and had more horsepower. I was able to custom order special spa accessories (e.g., waterfall, fiber-optic lighting, misters and ozonator), which turned out great. I referred my brother to LifeSpas, who also purchased a custom spa for himself that he totally enjoys. I would definitely check them out. You can't beat the quality of their products and their on-going customer support.

If you have a superior product, sold by a low key, down to earth, knowledgeable salesperson, your decision making process is sure made a heck of a lot easier! I apologize for taking so long to tell you how much I'm enjoying my new LifeSpas Spa, but after a few minutes in it I'm so relaxed, writing thank you notes is the last thing on my mind. The experience of purchasing the spa was a pleasure. Selecting and ordering the spa was easy, thanks to your professionalism. Not only was delivery on time by date but also by the hour, despite a Texas thunderstorm. The ozonenator is great and the LED lights wonderful. After a hard day at work soaking in the tub on the lounge with a glass of wine and the changing colors of lights is definitely
the way to relax.

This spa is a replacement for one we'd had and enjoyed for 10 years, I say "we" but I have a non spa loving husband who didn't even dip a big toe in the previous one. However, although not a convert, he does admit that after a round of golf or a couple of hours Scottish Country Dancing a short time in the tub relieves all the aches and pains.
